I bought Attachment Extractor on the Mac App Store. Why am I still running the trial version?

You will need to delete the trial version of Attachment Extractor from your computer. Perform a spotlight search for "Attachment Extractor kind:app" (without the quotes). Delete all copies of Attachment Extractor that are not located in your Applications folder. Install or re-install Attachment Extractor from the Mac App Store. It should be listed under your 'Purchases' tab. If you clicked the 'Install' button and Attachment Extractor isn't showing up in your applications folder once it has completed installing, try re-booting.

I purchased Attachment Extractor from the Mac App Store, but Attachment Extractor still says it's in trial mode.
If you downloaded the Attachment Extractor for Mac trial from our website, you need remove it (drag the application icon to the Trash) from your Mac before or after purchasing the full version from the Mac App Store.

After purchasing, Attachment Extractor for Mac should be automatically downloaded and installed on your Mac. Look for Attachment Extractor in your "Applications" folder, or check the "Purchases" tab in the Mac App Store to re-download the application for free.

Can I install Attachment Extractor on another Mac without purchasing again?
Yes, you can install Attachment Extractor for Mac on multiple Macs that you personally own and use. In the Mac App Store, sign into the iTunes account you used to purchase the application, then click the "Purchases" tab. You should see a list of applications you've purchased, including Attachment Extractor. Click the "Install" button next to Attachment Extractor to download and install it.
